Our Journey into Functional Fashion

Meant to Be Boutique was born out of our founder’s passion for fitness and fashion. As an avid sports woman since her early childhood, she couldn’t imagine a day going by without running, cycling, and embodying an active lifestyle. 

She realized early on that athletic clothing was divided into two categories, neither of which met her needs. Athleisure was fashionable and on-trend but fell short on breathability and support, while functional sportswear lacked versatility and style. 

Without accessible options to choose from, she set out to create the type of clothing that she wanted to wear: top-quality, performance-driven sportswear that could be used to support people in a wide variety of activities – and still be stylish enough to grab a cup of coffee, meet friends, or run errands afterwards.

As a unified voice for athletes and an inspiration for people to become more active and lead healthy lives, we design and construct all of our pieces ourselves, ensuring each piece is designed with support, functionality, and fashion in mind.

The Meant to Be Boutique brand is illustrated by a white logo on a vibrant yellow background, imagery that we’ve carefully selected and refined to evoke the feeling of warm, endless deserts and the midday sun shining bright in the sky.

Growing into the Future
Made to Be Boutique has started as a small boutique brand serving shoppers in the United Arab Emirates, but we envision one day expanding our delivery into Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, and eventually worldwide.
What is beginning as a curated collection of caps, and socks, will expand into a diverse range into casualwear, men’s clothing, women’s clothing, and children’s clothing as we grow.
