Returns and Refunds
We want you to feel complete comfort in your purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find your alignment.
The Return Policy
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exchanges: We offer one free size exchange per order for our customers within the UAE, subject to the new size being in stock.
The Process
- Initiating a Return: Please contact our team at support@mtb.ae with your order number to receive return instructions.
- Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Unless an item is defective, return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, personalized items, final sale pieces, or opened products and accessories cannot be returned.

About the 7 AED Pledge
While we can refund the product cost, the 7 AED pledge triggered by your purchase is allocated to children in need immediately. This portion of your purchase is our collective gift to the community and remains a permanent contribution to the Tide of Change.
